Delicate and elegant sparkling wine, obtained from a diligent, scrupulous and careful selection of Pinot Noir grapes. The elegant light pink enhances the very fine and persistent perlage, ending in a triumph of foam and delicious aromas of dried herbs, blackberries and berries at the same time sweet and dynamic.

  • Harvest period: From the third decade of August to the first decade of September. Manual harvesting into boxes, with sorting of the grapes on the wine
  • Wine making: Soft pressing, inox termoconditioned basins fermentation process
  • Draft: From May to June of the year following the harvest
  • Refinement: In bottles for at least 45 months on yeasts
  • Sugar residue: 7 g/l
  • Tasting notes: With excellent structure and persistence, it has a fragrant and complex bouquet characterized by floral notes (orange blossom, roses and violets), vegetal notes (black tea and tobacco) and fruity notes (blackberries and berries), while soft and balanced on the palate.
  • Matching: Ideal with risotto, it enhances and embellishes its structure when paired with sophisticated fish starters based on shellfish
