  • Harvest period: From the third decade of August to the first decade of September. Manual harvesting into boxes, with sorting of the grapes on the wine
  • Wine making: Soft pressing, inox termoconditioned basins fermentation process
  • Draft: From May to June of the year following the harvest
  • Refinement: In bottles for at least 45 months on yeasts

  • Tasting notes: The effervescence is dynamic, the freshness stands out on the palate, well supported by the softness and body of the wine, with consistent hints of dried fruit on a mineral trail. On the nose presents notes of tropical fruit and vanilla, citrus fruits and fragrant pastries on the finish.
  • Matching: Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended with cured meats and cheeses that are not too mature/seasoned, as well as with fish dishes.
