It is a moderately structured wine, with a good acidic vein. It has good persistence and flavor.

  • Vineyards: Foothills, Capriolo (BS), Franciacorta, Italy
  • Soil characteristics: Medium-textured, of morainic origin
  • Cultivation system: Guyot
  • Harvest period: From the second decade of September. Manual harvesting into boxes, with sorting of the grapes on the wine
  • Wine making: Soft pressing, inox termoconditioned basins fermentation process for 10 months
  • Tasting notes: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections, it has a delicate and floral aroma and it is dry, soft, savory and harmonious on the palate. Recommended with first courses, white meat and fish
  • Serving temperature: 8°-10° C
  • Alcol: 12,5% Vol.
  • Sizes: 0,75 L
