Wine making: The grapes undergo maceration in contact with the skins, followed by refinement in stainless steel tanks for a period of 10-15 months
Tasting notes: Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, it offers aromas of red fruit (cherries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blackcurrants). Excellent with red meats, cold sausages and cheeses
