Curtefranca Rosso D.O.C.

A ruby red wine with violet hues. It has a good structure, it’s pervasive, soft and balanced.

  • Vineyards: Foothills, Capriolo (BS), Franciacorta, Italy
  • Soil characteristics: Medium-textured, of morainic origin
  • Cultivation system: Guyot
  • Harvest period: From the second decade of October. Manual harvesting into boxes, with sorting of the grapes on the wine
  • Wine making: The grapes undergo maceration in contact with the skins, followed by refinement in stainless steel tanks for a period of 10-15 months
  • Tasting notes: Ruby red in colour with violet reflections, it offers aromas of red fruit (cherries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blackcurrants). Excellent with red meats, cold sausages and cheeses
  • Serving temperature: 16°-18°C
  • Alcol: 13% Vol.
  • Sizes: 0,75 L
