A perlage, as fine as persistent, creates a brilliant straw yellow colour, tasting like a natural, heady aroma of flowers and dried fruit and gives the palate surprising sensations of freshness and lively flavours

The elegant light pink enhances the very fine and persistent perlage, ending in a triumph of foam and in delicious aromas of berries, both suave and dynamic.

Pas Dosé Moraschi

Franciacorta Pas Dosé Millesimato D.O.C.G.

Our best sparkling wine, with its sublime fragrance and vivacity, harmonized with maniacal care and attention to the aromas of the original grapes, as well as to the noble scents of the second fermentation in the bottle, offers a soft and delicate foam and a persistent and refined perlage.

It is a moderately structured wine, with a good acidic vein. It has good persistence and flavor.

A ruby red wine with violet hues. It has a good structure, it’s pervasive, soft and balanced.
